The Training & Development team is responsible for employee education at LeverX — from language courses to technical workshops and beyond. Every year, we organize over 140+ learning sessions for our employees, and now we’re aiming to make the entire process smarter through automation.
As an HR Analyst and a member of the Training & Development team, you will take part in building our internal Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up — from requirements analysis to launch and ongoing support.
In this role, you will also act as a Product Owner, helping us shape, implement, and continuously improve the system.
