IBS Preschool Almaty is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-driven Marketing Specialist to support our brand growth and student enrollment. You will play a key role in shaping the school’s public image, managing digital content, and ensuring effective communication with parents and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage marketing strategies (digital, community, and offline campaigns) to increase awareness and enrollment.

• Execute professional presentations and school tours during Open House or parent visits, showcasing facilities, programs, and curriculum.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all preschool inquiries via social media, email, text, and call, registration, form completion, and onboarding processes.

• Build and maintain close relationships with parents and the community through consistent communication and engagement activities.

• Handle parent and community complaints with professionalism and empathy, follow up on the resolution process, and formulate ideas or solutions to address and prevent future complaints.

• Create and manage initiatives, events, and programs to promote school branding and strengthen community presence.

• Support the Director in preparing reports covering progress, insights, and improvement recommendations.

• Identify and propose improvement opportunities for marketing excellence.

• Foster teamwork and positive school culture among staff, teachers, and parents.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to create brand awareness for the school.

• Fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh languages.

• Love for children and patience, kindness, and strong communication skills.

• Experience working with preschool / kindergarten-age children (preferred).

• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

• Understanding of education or preschool marketing is a plus.

• Ability to work on-site at the preschool when needed.

• Salary 300,000 during the probationary period. Upon successful completion and meeting the performance standards, the candidate will be offered full employment under the Labor Code of Republic of Kazakhstan and the salary will increase to 400,000 tenge.
• Working hours: 5/2 from 9.00 to 18.00.
• Creative freedom to develop new ideas, campaigns, and branding.
• During working days, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea/coffee breaks are provided.
