As the Digital Marketing Specialist you’ll be responsible for working with Media agency, Digital cabinets to ensure KPIs realization: digital campaign performance, media goal achievement, budget efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Work together with Senior Digital & E-commerce Marketing Manager CIS and Local and Regional Marketing team to create annual Digital strategy.
- Prepare annual content Plan based on Brand strategy, align with Brand Managers
- Responsible for smart budget planning of campaign placement to ensure better ROI
- Work with Media agency, Digital cabinets to ensure KPIs realization
- Execution of media activations in line with agreed media strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) for market
- Media performance tracking and optimization to deliver the best media & business outcomes
- Track digital budget and spending commitments for digital partners
- Track measurement and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) by closely working with assigned Media/Digital agencies
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including working with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube).
- Experience in FMCG or media industry within international companies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of analytics tools: Google Analytics
- Experience in performance marketing, retargeting, and content adaptation.
- Ability to manage budgets, plan, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- English proficiency — spoken Intermediate level.
