Your day-to-day:

• Ensure compliance of all security processes with business needs, local laws, and global standards;
• Maintain and enhance security processes to prevent theft and unlawful activities across all company sites, including production, offices, retail, supply chains, warehouses;
• Maintain and enhance security systems, conduct regular audits and ensure its reliability;
• Manage and monitor security service providers and related contractors;
• Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions;
• Ensure compliance of all occupational and fire safety processes with business needs, local laws, and global standards;
• Maintain and enhance occupational safety processes to prevent traumas and unlawful activities across all company non-production sites, including offices, retail, supply chains, warehouses;
• Investigate non-production safety incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions;
• Maintain emergency preparedness and crisis response, including technical and organizational preparedness.

Who we're looking for:

• Higher Education;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably related fields;
• Process Management and Analytical Skills;
• Strong skills in managing processes and conducting analysis;
• English Language Proficiency.
