Your day-to-day:
- Ensure compliance of all security processes with business needs, local laws, and global standards;
- Maintain and enhance security processes to prevent theft and unlawful activities across all company sites, including production, offices, retail, supply chains, warehouses;
- Maintain and enhance security systems, conduct regular audits and ensure its reliability;
- Manage and monitor security service providers and related contractors;
- Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions;
- Ensure compliance of all occupational and fire safety processes with business needs, local laws, and global standards;
- Maintain and enhance occupational safety processes to prevent traumas and unlawful activities across all company non-production sites, including offices, retail, supply chains, warehouses;
- Investigate non-production safety incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions;
- Maintain emergency preparedness and crisis response, including technical and organizational preparedness.
Who we're looking for:
- Higher Education;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably related fields;
- Process Management and Analytical Skills;
- Strong skills in managing processes and conducting analysis;
- English Language Proficiency.
