What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling incoming requests via calls, emails, and chats

• Qualifying and processing leads efficiently

• Ensuring smooth handovers to the sales team and other relevant departments

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in company databases in real-time

• Supporting inbound and outbound sales activities as needed

• Fluent English (both spoken & written)

• Strong communication skills – ability to engage with prospects professionally and persuasively

• High level of organization – managing multiple tasks without micromanagement

• Adaptability & Proactiveness – ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Readiness to work in shifts, including night shifts
