Email Lead Generation & Outreach:
Research and build lists of potential clients based on target criteria.
Verify company and contact information to ensure data accuracy.
Send personalized outreach emails and follow-ups using provided templates or creating new ones when needed.
Manage incoming responses, take initial orders or inquiries, and schedule meetings for the team.
Maintain CRM records and track lead progress.
Sales & Office Support:
Assist with preparing and sending quotations or proposals (after training).
Help organize the sales pipeline and calendar for management.
Manage basic administrative tasks (email coordination, scheduling, document organization).
Provide excellent written and spoken communication with clients and internal team members.
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher).
Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or executive assistance.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Confidence in communicating with business clients via email and chat.
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and CRM systems.
Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
