Responsibilities:
– Sales in English
– Building a sales department
– Monthly achievement of the sales plan
– Negotiations with key Clients
– Managing the sales department (2 sales managers)
– Strengthening and developing the sales department
– Developing the Client base
– Interaction with the Dubai office
– CRM system (sales funnel management, data operations, analytics)
– Control and analysis of reasons for lost deals
Key indicators (for the department and each manager):
– % of sales plan fulfillment
– Sales profitability
– Active client base
– Conversion (by amounts)
– Conversion (by number of won deals)
– Deal cycle
– Average revenue per user (ARPU)
You are a perfect fit if you have:
– English level B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher
– Relevant experience from 3 years (B2B, highly competitive markets)
– Proven personal sales experience
– Experience working with foreign partners/clients
– Experience in change management and readiness for changes
– Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, flexible thinking
– Higher education
– Strong data-handling skills
– Ability to negotiate based on objective arguments
– Ability to achieve measurable results and understanding of how to meet the sales plan
– Proven team management experience
– Ability to manage a sales funnel
– Ability to control and analyze key sales department indicators
– CRM is a working tool for you
