Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with AEO or GEO before — few people have. A background in digital marketing and the motivation to explore AI-driven search optimization are key.

What you’ll do

• Research Track and analyze how our products appear in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.);

• Identify and implement ways to optimize visibility in AI search results;

• Create and distribute compelling content (videos, articles, mentions, collaborations);

• Negotiate content placements, mentions and partnerships on relevant platforms to boost our AI visibility

• Support the technical side of AEO — use analytics and content tools, gather key data, and make sure our content is easy for AI systems to understand.

• Analyze what actually works - and what doesn’t.

You're a great fit if you have the following skills:

• Strong English skills - understands tone, nuance, humor, and writing style;

• Speaks Russian (for internal communication and coordination);

• Are proactive and driven - looking for opportunities rather than waiting for tasks

• Comfortable with digital tools and technologies, or quick to learn them;

• Loves to experiment, analyze, and learn fast.
