Marketing Manager

Working: Remotely, as part of an international team

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop the marketing team (and become its leader);

• Set marketing goals and track their achievement through KPIs;

• Manage the website via an agency: set tasks, monitor deadlines, quality, and ROI;

• Launch systematic company promotion on LinkedIn;

• Organize and conduct international webinars, conferences, and roadshows: from concept and program to promotion and analytics;

• Set up monthly reports on key metrics (leads, traffic, ROI);

• Manage the marketing budget and demonstrate how marketing generates revenue.

Expected Results:

• Increase in leads from the website, LinkedIn, and events;

• Improved lead-to-deal conversion (in cooperation with sales);

• Positive ROI from marketing campaigns;

• Regular growth in LinkedIn followers and engagement;

• At least one international webinar or offline event per month with measurable outcomes (participants, leads, deals);

• Clear and transparent monthly reports across all channels;

• A fully formed team that meets deadlines and works according to KPIs.

Requirements:

• Fluent English;

• Experience in B2B marketing (logistics or international markets is a plus);

• Understanding of marketing finance and ability to calculate ROI;

• Experience promoting through LinkedIn;

• Experience organizing online and offline events (webinars, conferences, roadshows);

• Skills in managing people and contractors;

• Ability to set goals, build a KPI system, and monitor performance;

• Systematic thinking and strong process management skills.
