Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and organizational support to the Manager, including meetings, business trips, ticket purchase, hotel booking, and other travel arrangements.
Organize business meetings and negotiations; prepare presentations and materials when necessary.
Notify participants of meeting details and, when required, take and distribute meeting minutes.
Monitor task execution by employees on behalf of the Manager.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram): respond to inquiries, publish posts, and maintain engagement.
Handle correspondence with partners, process incoming requests, and send newsletters to clients.
Participate in website development and updates.
Fulfill personal requests from the Manager (orders, deliveries, and various personal arrangements).
Requirements
Fluency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant to a senior manager.
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
Strong command of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High stress tolerance, flexibility, and ability to find solutions in complex situations.
Loyalty, discretion, and reliability.

Выполнение личных поручений руководителя.
Требования
Владение английским и ивритом.
Опыт работы от 3 лет личным помощником.
Отличное знание MS Office.
Ответственность, стрессоустойчивость, умение решать задачи быстро.
Опыт в строительной сфере — преимущество.
