Investbanq is an AI-powered wealth operating system for family offices, asset managers and banks. We are empowering traditional financial institutions to rapidly transform into AI-driven WealthTech players, enabling them to effectively capitalize on the growing wealth transfer to affluent millennials and other digital natives across emerging Asia and MENA. We are scaling quickly across Asia and MENA and are assembling a high‑calibre engineering team to power our next phase of growth.

Why this role matters

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all HR aspects within our company. You will oversee recruitment processes, employee onboarding, training, development, as well as ensure compliance with labor laws and internal documentation. Your role will be crucial in shaping a positive company culture and maintaining high standards throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

HR process management

  • manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, offer letters, and induction training
  • maintain HR documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • advise management and employees on labor laws, company policies, disciplinary issues, and other HR-related matters

Recruitment & talent management

  • manage the full-cycle recruitment process: from job profiling and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring
  • design and implement employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and high performance
  • monitor recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements to the process

Culture development & employee engagement

  • support employee engagement programs to foster a positive company culture and enhance morale
  • conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to propose improvements in the work environment
  • maintain an open feedback loop and provide guidance to managers on team management

Compliance & HR documentation

  • ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies and procedures
  • prepare and process all necessary documentation such as employment contracts, job descriptions, government reporting, and more
  • handle payroll-related issues, including leave, sick days, tax deductions, and other aspects of employment relations

Other tasks and responsibilities as directed by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
  • strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • experience in full-cycle recruitment, maintaining employee records
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • English upper-intermediate and above
