Call Center Manager (English & Russian mandatory)

A successful real estate agency based in the prestigious Dubai Hills area is expanding its operations. With a team of over 90 professionals, we continue to grow and are now looking for an experienced and result-driven Call Center Managerto lead and develop our customer service and lead qualification department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the call center team.

• Ensure all incoming leads and calls are handled promptly and professionally.

• Train, motivate, and support call center operators to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor quality of communication and client satisfaction levels.

• Analyze KPIs, conversion rates, and team performance; prepare weekly and monthly reports.

• Optimize internal processes and scripts to increase lead conversion efficiency.

• Collaborate with the Sales and HR departments to improve recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor / Manager, preferably in real estate or sales-oriented industries.

• Fluency in English and Russian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere.

• Work schedule: 5 days a week (5/2).
