We are looking for a Business Developer to help us scale our partnerships with real estate developers across the UAE.

What you’ll do
Identify and attract new real estate developers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with developers.
Conduct B2B negotiations and present Alnair’s platform and services.
Demonstrate how Alnair helps developers accelerate sales and expand market reach.
Lead online onboarding sessions and remote training for new partners.
Support developers after onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the Alnair ecosystem.
Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and propose improvements.
What we’re looking for
Experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (real estate, PropTech, or related industries).
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and off-plan projects is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage decision-makers.
English — C2 level or higher (required).
Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with CRM systems and modern digital tools.
Work format and conditions
Fully remote position — our team works from different countries.
Full-time schedule aligned with Dubai time (GMT+4).
5-day workweek, 8 hours per day.
Weekends and public holidays according to the UAE calendar.
Paid annual leave.
