Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and closing deals. The main focus is on expanding the customer base and scaling sales channels.
Conduct market research and build a clear, actionable sales strategy.
Actively source and generate new leads across B2B gaming and tech segments.
Run product demos, lead negotiations, and prepare commercial proposals and contracts.
Close new deals and support clients during onboarding.
Develop and maintain partnership programs and collaborations.
Optimize the sales funnel and lead conversion process.
Represent Balancy at industry events and conferences.
4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, gaming, or tech products.
Proven track record in outbound lead generation and deal closing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset and self-driven approach.
English level C1 or higher — both written and spoken.
