Visa Tier provides a full suite of premium immigration programs that help clients expand their business, secure their investments, and protect their family’s future. We work closely with top-tier solicitors and government immigration teams to ensure full compliance and maintain our 100% acceptance rate.

With the growing demand and the scale of our services increasing, we are now expanding our sales force and are looking for an experienced Recruiter who knows how to build high-performing sales teams and has already hired over 100 sales professionals, especially in high-ticket B2C/B2B markets.

Your mission:

Build, scale, and continuously improve the team that sells a high-value, life-changing service.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment: from job description to onboarding

  • Manage multiple open positions with a focus on sales roles (closers, openers, SDRs)

  • Source candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Telegram, and local portals

  • Filter and qualify high-performing sales candidates for high-ticket B2C/B2B services (check size £100,000–£500,000+)

  • Conduct first-round interviews and assess real sales potential (beyond nice CVs)

  • Maintain recruitment CRM and manage candidate funnel metrics

  • Collaborate with team leads to refine ideal candidate profiles

  • Support onboarding process to reduce early turnover

  • Provide weekly reporting on hiring metrics and forecasts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment

  • Proven record of hiring 100+ sales professionals

  • Experience in recruiting for high-check, premium products or services

  • Confident in evaluating hard & soft sales skills: objection handling, closing, motivation type

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with high hiring volume

  • Hands-on with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, HH.ru, Telegram sourcing, job boards, Boolean search, ATS

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+)
