Finance Structuring Manager

As we expand our operations, we are establishing a representative office in Moscow and seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support financial structuring and banking operations between Russia and Cyprus.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage effective banking and financial channels between Russia and Cyprus.

• Understand local and international banking regulations, compliance requirements, and payment flow structures.

• Design and implement practical, compliant solutions for transferring funds and managing settlements across jurisdictions.

• Act as a key contact with banks, payment institutions, and financial intermediaries.

• Advise management and clients on optimal financial routes and structures.

• Monitor changes in banking policies and adapt the company’s financial processes accordingly.

• Coordinate with the finance teams in Cyprus to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of cross-border transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Economics.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in banking, corporate finance, or treasury, preferably with exposure to international operations.

• In-depth understanding of Russian and European banking systems, payments, and compliance.

• Strategic mindset, capable of balancing compliance and practicality.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in Russian and English is required.

• Based in Moscow, with readiness for occasional travel to Cyprus.
