Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop Business Opportunities:
Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base in the Silicone/PU Foam/PU Sealants Industry.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous business growth and client satisfaction.
Customer Needs Assessment:
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations tailored to their specific requirements.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the market.
Product Presentation and Demonstration:
Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Post-Sales Support:
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports into CRM System, detailing progress, challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the sales of Silicone/PU Foam/PU Sealants etc.
Skills:
Basic English communication skills would be a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
