Customer Support Agent

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of the Pure app.

What will you do?

• Deal with user complaints in system chats, identify the root causes and promptly find solutions to correct them;

• Answer user letters in the customer service system, help users with their tech or other issues, provide customers comprehensive information about the company’s services and products;

• Analyse users' queries, check the information from users in different systems (admin-panel, analytical system, Google console, users logs system, payment merchant system) and make a decision about posting the problem in corporate chat to resolve it with developers/product managers;

• Resolving financial chargeback disputes;

• 2 days on / 2 days off 08:00 - 20:00 CET time

Who are we looking for?

• You enjoy resolving issues and helping others

• You have a high level of English and native level of Russian

• Experience working in Customer Support

• Общаться с пользователями в чатах и решать их проблемы быстро и с юмором.

• Отвечать на письма и помогать с техническими или другими вопросами.

• Разбираться в причинах ошибок — проверять данные в разных системах (админка, аналитика, платежи и т.д.) и, если нужно, писать в командный чат, чтобы решить вопрос с разработчиками

График: 2/2, с 8:00 до 20:00 CET (можно работать удалённо).

• Тот, кто действительно любит помогать людям, а не просто «отписывать».

• У тебя отличный английский и родной русский языки.

• Есть опыт работы в поддержке (или ты реально чувствуешь, что это твоё).
