Technical Project Manager

A new vacancy is open for our partners, a leading European retail consulting agency. The company is looking for a motivated engineer who is eager to learn quickly and provide exceptional technical assistance.

Please note that we are looking for a candidate who is already located in Armenia and is ready to work under the local Labor Code.

• Oversee integration and separation (decoupling) of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) or ERP Cloud (Fusion) and legacy systems.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and clear communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors across complex retail technology initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and governance best practices within the project framework.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical project delivery within finance, retail or large enterprise IT environments.
• Strong technical background, capable of engaging effectively with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in system decoupling, migration, or modernization projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for both verbal and written communication.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management and enterprise integration principles.
• Experience in database or application integration projects.
