Role description:
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who will take full ownership of running, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns for our ambassador and influencer programs across De’Longhi Group brands (De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, Nutribullet).
You’ll be managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high efficiency, transparency, and consistency across all ambassador activations in social media.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with ambassadors and local teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Manage large-scale budgets across multiple brands and markets, ensuring efficient cost allocation and maximum ROI.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement metrics) and deliver actionable insights.
- Coordinate closely with ambassadors/influencers — providing clear guidance, feedback, and explanations on campaign logic, formats, and results.
- Prepare and maintain campaign reports and dashboards.
- Ensure alignment between brand teams, ambassadors, and media execution.
- Continuously test creatives, targeting hypotheses, and audience structures to improve performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one other major platform (TikTok, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical mindset - ability to interpret campaign data and explain it clearly to non-technical partners and Marketing team.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to coordinate ambassadors.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Confident with Google Sheets/Excel.
- Confident with Looker Studio/DataLens/PBI
- Strong understanding of tracking systems and attribution logic, including configuration and validation of Meta Pixel and GA4 events, custom conversion setup, UTM parameter mapping, and troubleshooting discrepancies between ad platforms, analytics, and CRM data.
- Ability to identify and resolve data mismatches through GTM debugging, event testing tools, and attribution model analysis.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of digital ecosystems in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia.
- Experience with integration and workflow tools such as Make, Zapier, or Google Apps Script and aggregators (DataSlayer, SuperMetrics, Adveronix)
- Previous work with ambassador or influencer-led campaigns.
