Responsibilities:
Maintaining and analyzing both internal and external training databases;
Developing metrics for assessing the effectiveness;
Suggestions for improving the conversion.
Maintaining comprehensive training statistics (quarterly, monthly, yearly, and on demand);
Maintaining HR statistics (quarterly, monthly, yearly, and on demand);
Developing and updating HR report templates;
Collecting and analyzing customer needs to draft technical specifications for LMS development;
Managing the LMS development project;
coordinate and review the process;
assist HRs in the implementation;
testing phase;
launch phase;
Administrating LMS;
Participate in other educational activities.
Requirements:
IT or technical higher education
BA or DA experience;
ERP management experience;
Familiarity with Jira or similar platforms;
English В2 and higher.
