Driver Recruiter

Source and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers across various platforms (Indeed, Facebook, referrals, etc.);

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess driver qualifications and fit;

Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from application to onboarding;

Maintain an active pipeline of driver candidates to meet company needs;

Build strong relationships with drivers and ensure a positive candidate experience;

Collaborate with safety and dispatch teams to coordinate driver orientation and start dates;

Track and report recruitment metrics and performance.

Proven experience as a recruiter in the trucking or logistics industry;

Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;

Bilingual (English/Spanish or Russian) is a strong plus;

Ability to work at night (6pm - 2am Tashkent time)
