ULTIMAR is a fully integrated shipping and trading company with offices in the UAE, Greece, and Cyprus. Now we are searching for an experienced Business Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with managing professional projects and building business processes.
- Help the CEO to prioritize tasks and manage their workload effectively.
- Organize and manage domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in an appropriate manner.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role;
- Project Management experience is a strong advantage;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Availability for frequent business travel;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Fluent in Russian and English;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and requirements;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
