We have integrations with messaging applications and platforms (whatsapp, viber, etc.), with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.), speech recognition, summarization, and more. Our infrastructure is located in Europe, Singapore, USA, and our engineering team has 40+ engineers.

About the role: We are looking for a Russian-speaking specialist with excellent English at the intersection of Operations and Commercial (not pure sales).


Main Responsibilities

  • Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
  • Monitor progress on strategic projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on commercial initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize data for business intelligence reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency

Key Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Sales, Commerce, Business Development/Coordination, ideally in SaaS, Telco, or B2B tech.
  • You possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and presentation software.
  • You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
