Role Overview
We are looking for a flexible, proactive, and tech-savvy Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our founding team. This is not a narrowly defined role – you will wear many hats and help us establish our product in the market. The ability to learn quickly, work independently, and make decisions is more important than ticking every skill box.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching potential marketplaces and promotion opportunities.

• Managing and updating our website and related promotional platforms.

• Running LinkedIn and email campaigns.

• Negotiating with influencers and partners.

• Creating and managing ad campaigns (social media, search, etc.).

• Writing and editing articles, blog posts, and promotional content.

• Producing and editing videos (using AI tools where helpful).

• Leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and content quality.

• Organizing promotional events and working with lead databases.
