🎯 What You’ll Do
- Manage message-delivery systems across regions and providers;
- Track and troubleshoot deliverability issues and outages;
- Run A/B/C tests across GEOs and channels; analyze results and recommend improvements;
- Coordinate with providers: agreements, documentation, pricing, access setup;
- Collaborate with Tech, Legal, Analytics, Content, and Product;
- Keep project management tight: create tasks, manage calendars, track performance;
- Own your area: fix, test, and optimize proactively.
🧩 What You Bring

- Some experience in digital marketing, communications, operations, or technical coordination;
- Tools: Excel/Google Sheets, live dashboards; PM tool (Asana/Notion/ClickUp);
- Clear written communication — short, structured, precise;
- English B2+ required for docs, dashboards, and written comms; occasional calls;
- Analytical mindset — you want to understand why something works;
