Cluster FP&A Manager, Finance Department, Almaty

We are looking for a Cluster FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the Group. The role will be responsible for driving financial consolidation, implementing unified reporting standards, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions.

As a Cluster FP&A Manager, you will:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning across Group
• Consolidate financials across countries and service lines
• Implement unified reporting policies and methodologies
• Provide dashboards, profitability analysis, and forward-looking insights
• Drive automation and reporting system integration

• Proven experience in FP&A and financial consolidation, preferably within Big4 or international organizations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work confidently with large volumes of financial data

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

• Hands-on experience in group reporting and management reporting systems

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), with practical experience using Power BI. Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/BI tools will be an advantage
