Requirements
Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably in fintech, with over 3 years of experience.
Ability to qualitatively formulate business requirements and technical tasks.
Understanding of software architecture.
Understanding of P2P products flow and technologies.
Ability to prototype solutions and develop product concepts based on client requirements.
Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Agile.
Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including business clients and technical staff.
Ability to make presentations and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Critical and analytical thinking, ability to analyze market and competitors.
A/B Multivariate testing and usability testing.

Responsibilities:
Requirements and Cases Gathering for New Features Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify requirements for new features. Develop and document comprehensive use cases to guide development.
Development Planning with Team: Work closely with development teams to plan and prioritize tasks. Ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Release scoping and planning
Market analysis
Competitor analysis
Roadmap maintenance
Performance tracking
User experience improvement
