What you'll do:

• Build and engage with the game’s community across multiple platforms

• Manage and grow our social channels (Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

• Recruit, coordinate, and motivate volunteer moderator teams

• Write, edit, and format content for social media and in-game platforms (text, visuals, and more)

• Generate creative ideas for new content formats and campaigns to boost community engagement

• Foster a friendly and constructive atmosphere, responding quickly to any conflicts

• Analyze player behavior, collect feedback, and prepare regular reports

• Stay on top of social media trends, community management tools, and best global practices — and bring them to life in our projects

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience in growing and maintaining active communities

• Creativity, excellent communication skills, stress resilience, multitasking, responsibility, and reliability

• Experience working with volunteer moderators and managing their motivation

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• Understanding of user engagement and motivation systems
