A small international company (up to 20 employees), registered in China and managed from Russia. We are developing sourcing and export business in China and are looking for a Finance Manager to the Partner Division who will take responsibility for finance, HR, IT, and administrative support.
Ваши задачи:
- Organize accounting and tax compliance in China through an outsourced accounting firm;
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), trial balance in standards close to IFRS (IFRS certification is not required);
- Budgeting and budget control (plan vs actual);
- Communicate with banks and government authorities independently or through consultants;
- HR function: recruitment, preparation of employment contracts, compliance with Chinese labor law;
- Support relocation of employees from Russia (work permits, residence permits);
- Control payroll processing in accordance with Chinese legislation;
Administrative tasks: rent, utilities, internet, telecommunication, operational payments;
- Prepare management reports for senior management;
- Participate in business planning and financial risk management;
- IT function: coordination of computer procurement, installation of necessary software, selection and implementation of management systems (ERP/soft).
