About the role:
We are looking for a responsible and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Azerbaijani-speaking call center team. You will actively promote our gaming products, engage with customers, and apply your sales expertise to meet ambitious targets — all while working remotely. 💼

What we expect:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or call center work.

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 🗣️

• Strong sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively. 💪

• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ⚡

• Positive, client-focused attitude. 😊

• Confident computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools. 💻

• Candidates must be located outside of Azerbaijan. 🌍

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to actively sell our products. 📞

• Handle customer objections and close deals efficiently. ✅

• Maintain high-quality service and build long-term customer relationships. 🤝

• Communicate client feedback to other departments. 🔄

• Suggest improvements to sales processes and conversion strategies. 📈

Working hours: 🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+2), 5 days/week (floating days off).
