- Represents the Company’s interests and be the Company representative in any state authorities, including court, law-enforcement, administrative and also non-state agencies and other organizations during the consideration of legal matters connected to the administrative, banking, customs, insurance, economical and civil relationships
- Checks the compliance of contracts, agreements with legislation and other legal documents submitted for the signature of the Company officials
- Elaborates the drafts of agreements, contracts and other legal documents in accordance with corporate standards of the Company and the applicable legislation
- Prepares responses to the legal letters and requests sent to the Company
- Leads litigation on behalf of the Company
- University degree in Law
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar position (preferably in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sector)
- Experience with contract law, claims management, litigation, and insurance matters
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English - Upper-intermediate and higher
