Senior Legal Advisor

Requirements:

- Experience: at least 5 years of professional experience as an in-house lawyer in international oil and gas company or service company.

- Education: Bachelor in Law or International Law/Commercial Law, LLM is preferrable.

- Experience in litigation support and corporate governance.

- Excellent communication skills

- Critical thinking and problem-solving

- Stress tolerant, service-oriented attitude

- At least upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

- To provide support to company’s different departments in advising on various legal issues;

- To support compliance team and run legal due diligence in relation to suppliers and business partners;

- To draft legal documents such as PoA, contracts, policies, procedures and agreements etc.;

- To provide support in handling state inspections, litigation;

- To keep up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contribute to timely legal alerts on changes relevant to company activities;

- To provide support to other members of the department in various projects and provide legal opinions;

- Other corporate functions supportive duties.
