Develop and implement brand and trade marketing strategies for assigned products to achieve sales and market share targets.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Manage product life cycle, including positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
Plan and execute trade marketing activities with distributors, pharmacy chains, and key accounts (POS materials, loyalty programs, promotions, etc.).
Collaborate with medical, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliant communication.
Prepare marketing materials (brochures, visuals, digital content) in collaboration with agencies and regional marketing teams.
Monitor sales performance and ROI of marketing activities, adjusting plans based on results.
Support new product launches and relaunches.
Manage budget planning and control for assigned brands and activities.
Требования:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences (MD, PH, DMD), Marketing, or Business Administration will be considered a strong advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or trade marketing.
Personal qualifications: strong inter-personal skills, commitment to results and long-term work in Company, self-organization, integrity, teamwork skills;
Skills: Advanced PC user; Excellent presentation skills. Excellent communication skills.
Languages: Georgian - Native, Russian - Fluent, English - Intermediate.
Sense of urgency, punctuality, availability to travel.
