The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Talent Researcher / Recruiter to strengthen our HR team. This role is ideal if you’ve completed recruitment training or have at least one year of hands-on experience in talent sourcing.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and continuously improve candidate sourcing strategies

• Use multiple channels: LinkedIn, niche platforms, forums, and communities

• Identify and qualify candidates for both technical and non-technical roles

• Conduct initial interviews and assess motivation and role fit

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and manage ongoing communication

• Research global talent markets and share insights with the team

• Support employer branding efforts and help market open positions

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing

• Strong interest in IT and the global job market

• English proficiency (comfortable communicating with international candidates)

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional sourcing platforms

• Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes at once

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have: Experience recruiting IT roles or an existing candidate network.
