Its mission is to make digital technologies and online security simple and accessible, while also providing users with modern tools to protect themselves on the internet.
Role Overview
We are developing a VPN service with a global audience and are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and take charge of the development of our web product:
the corporate website, user account, knowledge base, support center, and job board.
Your responsibility will be the user experience on the website and in the user account, from the first visit to the VPN activation.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Billing Product Manager, Dev Team, QA, Web Designer, and Support Manager.
Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
What You'll Do:
be accountable for the UX and structure of the website, user account: defining section layout, navigation, and user flows;
improve website conversion: visitor → payment → first connection;
design and develop subscription flows: pricing plans, auto-renewal, cancellations, payment failures (in collaboration with the Billing Product Manager);
drive the onboarding experience post-registration, including guides, tips, and ensuring the first successful connection;
develop the blog/wiki/FAQ as a sales and self-service tool, not just content creation;
leverage product analytics, run and analyze A/B tests (in collaboration with the Billing Product Manager);
collect and write requirements from internal stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle;
prioritize, plan, and set tasks for the Dev Team.
What We Expect from You:
Hard skills
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Web Product Owner;
experience with subscription-based products (SaaS / B2C services) or web-based user accounts;
proficiency in web analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) and A/B testing;
ability to write feature descriptions: user stories, clear specifications, acceptance criteria;
understanding of UX patterns for registration, checkout, onboarding, and basic SEO constraints;
english proficiency at least B1–B2 level (for working with documentation and localization).
Soft skills
results-oriented, focusing on outcomes rather than processes;
ability to work with stakeholders and make data-driven decisions;
attention to detail and precision in documentation;
ability to structure information and communicate it clearly;
flexibility and adaptability to change.
Nice to have:
experience in VPN, security, privacy, or other tech products;
experience working with localization and multi-regional websites;
experience working on projects with a "Careers" section or Employer Branding.
