This is a hybrid role with set of responsibilities in accounting, taxes and other administrative tasks (NO SALES)
We seek someone with strong English, hardworking, and a highly developed attention to detail with accounting expirience!
Responsibilities:
- Work with the accounting manager / team
- Manage tasks in project management software
- Manage and update the tasks in CRM, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.
- Data Entry
- Outside calls
- Data Analysis
- Work with the team to complete various tasks & projects
Expectations: - Ability to work following 17:00 to 1:00 (UTC-5)

Preferred Skills: - English C1/C2-written and verbal communication in English
- Outside-of-the-box thinking
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under tight deadlines
- Excel/Google sheets
- Experience documenting processes
- Experience with various CRMs or Project management application
- ChatGPT Prompting
- Work experience for a US company (on us time zone)
