Job Announcement: Sales and Marketing Manager

Our company specializes in the import and distribution of high-quality petroleum products, including petrol, diesel, fuel, gas, and related commodities. We are committed to delivering reliable energy solutions to meet the growing demands of Uzbekistan's market. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented professional to drive our sales and marketing strategies.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling our petroleum products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves developing marketing campaigns, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in Uzbekistan and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share for our petroleum products.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and industrial users.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the petroleum industry.
  • Manage sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Create promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, and participate in industry events or trade shows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to petroleum product handling and sales.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the petroleum, energy, or chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of petroleum products and the Uzbekistan market.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Uzbek/Russian.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
