Role Purpose: Increase NIVEA sales in Kazakhstan market by developing and implementing business strategies and promotional activities. Lead the sales team in Kazakhstan, work closely with distributor and deliver sales outperformance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational plans.
- Achieve annual and monthly KPIs.
- Plan and monitor budget allocations.
- Implement promotional activities and trade events.
- Optimize supply chain and pricing policies.
- Drive sales performance and instore excellence.
- Collaborate with Supply chain teams for sales forecasting.
- Work with cross-functional teams for instore executions.
- Conduct trade visits and negotiate with key accounts.
- Gather market research data.
- Manage distributor and team
- Serve as the primary contact for distributors.
- Conduct monthly business reviews and provide training.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in FMCG sales.
- People management experience.
- Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced PC user.
- Fluent English, Kazakh and Russian.
