Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. Now we are looking for a Senior Sales manager IT domain. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

We are currently short-listing dynamic and driven candidates to fill in a challenging sales function within a well-established IT Services Company with offices in Belarus, USA and Finland. Your responsibilities will be to grow sales in target verticals spanning diverse geographies including North America and CIS; manage the full cycle of sales of specialized and mainstream IT services to foreign clients; perform commercial oversight over running projects of your accounts.

The ability to hold productive, needs-oriented discussions with C-level executives is paramount; having a deep understanding of sales cycles and decision making within large organizations is also important. An entrepreneurial spirit is highly desirable together with the intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and represent complex solutions and services. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required as well as the willingness to travel. Relocating to our USA office is a possibility in the future.

The Candidate:

  • A proven Business development/ Sales Manager with a strong track record of delivering exceptional new sales
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English/Russian
  • Solid experience of selling IT services and solutions to end customers
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and present clear product/solution benefits delivering a substantial ROI
  • Experience in sales, business development within the IT domain >3 years
  • Experience of studying/ working abroad is desirable
  • Willingness/ability to travel and potentially to relocate abroad
