We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions including HR projects, corporate initiatives, employee engagement events, and administrative processes. This role plays a key part in fostering a supportive workplace culture and ensuring efficient HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support: Assist the Vice President with daily tasks, correspondence, and coordination of HR-related matters.
Audit & Compliance: Collaborate with the HR team to address and resolve open issues identified during internal and external audits.
Organizational Structure & Planning: Support the maintenance of the organizational chart and staff planning activities to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Employee Engagement & Events: Coordinate and lead HR organizational events, including team-building activities and celebrations such as International Women’s Day.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Support the HR Administration team in preparing HR reports and workforce analytics.
HR Communication: Administer the HR corporate email account, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure timely distribution of HR communications.
Coordinate with HR Administration for periodic reporting and documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
