Client Operations Manager

We are looking for a Client Operations Manager for a company that specializes in providing insurance and accounting services to the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Working with documentation;
• Data entry and processing;
• Making calls and emails;
• Consulting on various issues related to the company's products.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (at least C1 level);
• Responsibility, good communication skills, customer orientation.

Conditions:

• Full employment;
• Schedule 5/2, from 16:00 to 00:00 – (from March to November), from 17:00 to 01:00 - (from November to March);
• Office work format.
