The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Specialist to support our client service teams in preparing contracts, proposals, and other key documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with documents, and has a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management
- Draft and prepare contracts in accordance with EY standards and client requirements.
- Ensure legal accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate with legal and engagement teams to finalize contract terms.
- Review and process comments from clients and internal stakeholders.
Document Formatting & Quality Control
- Format proposals, reports, and other client-facing documents in line with EY brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and professional presentation across all deliverables.
- Proofread documents to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Proposal Development
- Prepare commercial proposals tailored to client needs and project specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant inputs and insights.
- Ensure proposals reflect EY’s value proposition and meet quality standards.
- Support the creation of additional materials such as case studies, presentations, and pitch decks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Higher education in management, law, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative support, contract management, or proposal preparation is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of office administration and document workflow processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with document management systems is a plus.
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher – ability to work with English-language documents and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
