Finance Business Partner - Revenue & Margin

We are Uzbekistan’s leading grocery retail chain, and we are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Revenue & Margin to take on a key commercial and finance role. This position will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing deep financial insight, driving revenue and margin analysis, and influencing decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations and other teams to deliver financial insight, flag risks and opportunities, and challenge the status quo;

• Lead analysis of revenue and margin by product categories, suppliers, and brands;

• Contribute to monthly management reporting packs; ensure accuracy and ownership of adjustments;

• Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns;

• Prepare variance analyses, highlight deviations vs. budget/forecast, and recommend corrective actions;

• Own annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts for Revenue & Margin;

• Drive process improvements and automation for efficient reporting and better insights;

• Collaborate with IT to implement new reporting tools;

• Prepare ad hoc reports and support special projects;

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and confidentiality of company information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Master’s in Finance preferred);

• 4+ years of professional experience in a similar finance/business partnering role (Retail/FMCG experience highly desirable);

• Commercially oriented mindset with proven ability to build cross-functional relationships;

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and experience with ERP systems;

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability;

• Ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way;

• Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities;

• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (Uzbek is a plus).
