Account Executive/ Sales Executive (Mid-Pipeline & Closing)

As an Account Executive, you'll own the mid- and late-stage sales pipeline—from qualified leads to contract sign-off. Your mission:
Convert demos and POCs into signed agreements with startups, large enterprises, and government entities across defined verticals.
Develop compelling, customized proposals that leverage KinesteX AI’s unique value: real-time AI coaching, on-device processing, and rapid integration.
Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to refine messaging, overcome objections, and streamline deployment.
Build trusted, consultative relationships with technical and business stakeholders to drive adoption.
Accurately forecast pipeline metrics and milestones; collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans.
Manage mid- and late-stage pipeline—drive sales cycles from demo/POC to closing.
Strategic selling—articulate value tailored to consumer wellness, enterprise, insurance, and government needs.
Proposal & negotiation—create persuasive proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
Stakeholder collaboration—coordinate with technical and executive contacts to align integration, compliance, and launch needs.
Forecasting & reporting—update CRM, provide accurate forecasts, and track KPIs.
Market feedback loop—share client insights with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and messaging.

Details
Experience
3–5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably mid-market to enterprise); experience selling to consumer wellness, corporate wellness, insurtech, or digital health verticals is a plus.
Pipeline Management
Proven success closing mid- to late-stage SaaS deals—from demos to signed contracts.
Technical Aptitude
Comfort discussing SDKs, integration processes, and value-driven technical proposals.
Communication
Excellent written and spoken English (and any local languages as appropriate); able to present at C-level and technical teams.
Negotiation & Closing
Strong track record of proposal development and deal-closing with emphasis on value, ROI, and addressing client-specific needs.
CRM Proficiency
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar for deal management and forecasting.
Collaboration Mindset
Willing to partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure client alignment and success.
Self-Starter
Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities in parallel.
Prior experience selling SDKs, developer tools, or AI-enabled platforms.
Established relationships in wellness, insurance, or government procurement channels.
Familiarity with international contract negotiations and compliance.
