DIRECTOR OF SALES
is responsible for room and M&E revenue, yield strategies implementation and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets; responsible for developing and facilitating business from markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation of the hotel.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepares, implements and compiles data for strategic sales plan, annual goals, sales budget
- Builds up distribution channels, developing business communication
- Develops group sales strategies through review of competitive data and demand analysis
- Manages the selling costs with the purpose of reaching pre-specified net revenue yields
- Directs all sales and marketing activities for sales managers to ensure that they meet the goals of the marketing plan
- Develops, implements, monitors, and controls all sales strategies.
Education \ Professional experience:
- Working experience in international hotel company as a senior sales position (DOSM or ADOSM) not less than 3 years
- Extensive knowledge of touristic market and KEY accounts
- Knowledge of marketing, negotiating and sales procedures associated with the hotel industry as well as current market trends and economic factors
- Detail-oriented, organized, team player
- Language skills: English – fluent, Russian – native.
