Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new clients (via LinkedIn, email, events, and personal channels);
  • Conduct C-level negotiations and close deals;
  • Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with key clients;
  • Prepare proposals and presentations in collaboration with technical specialists;
  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to maximize value for clients.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales;
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close deals;
  • Experience working with clients from Europe and the USA;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory).

Nice-to-have skills:
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language (e.g., German, French);
  • Understanding of software development processes and technical terminology;
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
