Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, experienced Store Manager to lead our KKV Kazakhstan store. You will oversee all store operations—including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership—while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store success as a key KKV team member.
1. Sales & Profitability
- Meet and exceed monthly sales/profit targets set by headquarters.
- Use data analysis to track performance, spot trends, and implement improvement strategies.
- Analyze competitors to stay competitive and adjust strategies as needed.
- Control costs to optimize profitability.
2. Customer Experience
- Create a welcoming, safe shopping environment that reflects KKV’s trendy, vibrant brand.
- Ensure all staff consistently meet high customer service standards.
- Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
3. Store Operations
- Manage store assets (inventory, displays, equipment) for safety and efficiency.
- Oversee security measures to reduce loss/theft.
- Ensure store cleanliness and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
4. Inventory & Visual Merchandising
- Supervise daily inventory checks and manage product expiration dates to cut waste.
- Develop loss prevention plans to reduce stock losses; use product data to optimize inventory and boost sales.
- Ensure store displays align with KKV’s brand standards, are visually appealing, and promote products effectively.
5. Team & Culture
- Recruit, train, and lead store staff; provide guidance to help them master customer service and job skills.
- Motivate teams to hit individual/collective goals; foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Promote KKV’s core values (Simplicity, Introspection, Positive Energy, Reset) and ensure staff follow company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail store management experience, with a focus on new store setup and operations.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing store profitability.
- Strong data analysis skills (interpret sales data, identify trends, implement improvements).
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (build relationships with staff, customers, stakeholders).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating retail schedule (including weekends and public holidays). Rest policy: 2 rest days per week, fixed as Wednesday + either Saturday or Sunday.
