Senior AI & NLP Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI & NLP Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, prompting, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to build cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on diverse projects aimed at enhancing our products and services through advanced natural language processing techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and NLP models, with a focus on fine-tuning LLMs for specific applications.
• Apply prompting techniques to optimize model performance and improve user interactions.
• Implement RAG methodologies to enhance information retrieval and context awareness in applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Stay current with the latest trends and research in AI and NLP.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of existing models.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in AI and NLP best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI/NLP models, with a focus on LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of fine-tuning techniques, prompting strategies, and RAG approaches.
• Experience in data preprocessing and working with large datasets.
