Преимущественно хотим видеть кандидата с математическим/инженерным образованием, т.к. уже сформирована команда специалистов с математическим мышлением и сильным академическим базисом.

Мы работаем 5/2 из офиса в Сити. Возможно, сможем обсудить 1-2 удаленных дня в неделю после испытательного срока. У нас драйвовая среда единомышленников. Минимум бюрократии и руководство, которые всегда открыто к новым идеям и слышит своих сотрудников.

Есть ДМС и конкурентный уровень заработной платы. Оформление строго по ТК, ГПХ не рассматриваем.

Role Description

This is a full-time job as a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as data analysis, statistics, data visualization, and data analytics to support real-time decision-making for our International Shipping Organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of data, including transportation costs, carrier performance, and delivery times
• Based on the data analysis prepare reports and presentations for management that summarize findings, show trends, propose solutions and options for moving forward
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization within different operations
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure shipping efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with logistics managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve shipping processes and reduce costs
• Work closely with IT teams to implement new tools and systems that enhance shipping operations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in shipping and logistics

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related field
• Jun-to-Middle+ Data Science, Data Analytics, and Data Analysis skills
• Statistics knowledge and expertise
• Data Mining abilities
• Practical knowledge of Power BI – ability to create dashboards
• Familiarity with programming for data analysis
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques (ML on tabular data)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to break down and understand complex business problems, define a solution and implement it using advanced quantitative methods
• Solid oral and written communication skills, especially around analytical concepts and methods
